Air hockey!

We are at play and learn in Columbia and this is the first time Juliet played air hockey! She had a ton of fun and was pretty good at it for a 2 year old

festivus with friends!

Last night we celebrated the holidays with friends and all our kids! Everyone had a great time & Juliet loved staying up late to "party" with her friends.

Holiday Pictures for 2012

Juliet loves to try on all of my shoes and she is really good at walking in high heels already!

My Little Fish loves to go to the pool at our local YMCA and she is learning how to swim with mommy and daddy! We have a float pack on her back and have already taken one of the float pads off because she is getting really good at swimming around

We decorated for Christmas already with Ba Ba was down for Thanksgiving weekend and Juliet loved trying on all the holiday decorations and helped put up the Christmas tree

Juliet's trip to see santa this year was less dramatic than last year and she did not cry! She asked to go see Santa so we took her but I was a little worried she would freak out. She started to hide in Daddy's arms when we got up to Santa but John sat on Santa's lap with Juliet at first to get her comfortable (so funny to see John on Santa!!!) and then after we were about to leave Santa asked Juliet what she wanted for Christmas, Juliet said "Presents!" and he picked her up and sat her on his lap. As you can see by her expression she was not thrilled but did give Santa a hug before she left.

Sorry I have not posted in a while! It's been busy with the holiday approaching. But here are some pictures to show what we have been up to. The video above is Juliet spelling her name. She asks all the time what certain words in her book spell and can "read" when I write out the following name: Juliet, Mommy, Daddy, Na Na, Pop Pop, Ba Ba, & BC (for uncle BC) She is really good a pointing out about half of the letters in the alphabet (if not more).

Juliet is getting excited for Christmas

Juliet has been really good about going on the Potty and has stayed pretty dry for the last three days... Now poops are another story!

The "real" Halloween!

Juliet has been busy with Halloween this past month and into November b/c she got to celebrate 3 times! In this picture she is off to pre-school to have a Halloween party at school. Some of her newest phrases are "two more couple minutes" she says this whenever we are doing something fun and she wants to delay leaving or stopping the activity. She is also starting to really use descriptive words. She told John last night. "you did the puzzle perfect!" ha ha. And she has also been known to say things like "this is going to be wonderful" or "this is going to be fun" it's so cute when she gets excited about stuff.

Juliet loves her school so much she starts on whatever activity they are doing and sometimes is too busy even to say bye to me!
