Growing up so fast!

We had a super fun weekend and here are some pictures of what we have been up to

Juliet had fun this weekend at a friends 1 year old birthday party! She loved to play with the other kids and pet the dogs the. Also learned she loves Salmon and chicken legs!

10 Months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I know I'm a little late posting on 10 months but we have been so busy having fun :)

Lots of trips to the pool, which Juliet LOVES! She so loves other kids and just wants to be friends with everyone, so shy children are a little scared of her but she means well! Here are some pictures of Juliet playing with some of her favorite things, like Mommy's keys and cell phone.
Juliet is getting better and better at walking and can now stand all by herself for as long as she likes, she has great balance. I also found out she like to watch the dancers dance on the TV show "So you think you can dance!" She is my little dancer and we enjoy dancing together every morning. Another activity Juliet likes is climbing the stairs and I am also teaching how to climb down the stairs so she won't fall... She is starting to get it but of course she won't be doing it unsupervised.

As you can see, Juliet also loves her books and is starting to point to the animals and characters in the books she likes so she can show me! Another cute thing Juliet does is she tries to feed the cat her cheerios in the morning! ha ha, she is good at sharing already.

My Daddy said I was allowed to pick out my outfit for the day and I picked my pink Steelers outfit of course!

I like to put funny things on my head OR did my mommy do that to me? hummm... She is funny like that sometimes

I am having fun with my mommy all week b/c Dad had to go on a business trip all week but I sure do miss him b/c I can not stop saying Da Da!

Also practicing my walking a little more and getting more confident with it but still only go about 6 steps on my own :)

Now my Grandma Ba Ba Collins is coming to play with me!

Hanging out for the rest of the week at our house with Grandma Ba Ba! I even started to say Ba Ba at the end of the week :)

Yesterday Juliet took her first steps on her own!!! She has been taking about two steps between furniture on her own for the last two weeks but yesterday she walked about 6 steps on her own to walk to me! It was so exciting to see :) She did it again about two more times yesterday and she is pretty wobbly and don't think she will get walking good for a few more weeks.

John and I also got back from our vacation on Saturday and it was pretty hard to be away but Juliet had so much fun with her grandparents. Everyone said she was in a good mood and a happy baby the whole time and when I got home I got big hugs and lots of Ma Ma's! I felt so bad for leaving for a week and missed her like crazy but it was nice for John and I to get away for some adult time. The grandparents also did a great job of sending pictures and updates which made it a little easier.
